Snow Red-Sided Garter

This morph is a culmination of many years effort. For 4 years attempts were made to breed albinos to anerythristics and were unsuccessful. Then in 2008 success; an albino male was bred to an anerythristic female and an anerythristic male to a albino female, 2 broods in one year ! These double hets were then bred to one another and in 2009 the world's first snow red sided was produced (congrats to Jeff Benfer).These are much cleaner snows than the plains snows, when held side by side there is a discernable difference.
